I have a similar question to one posted Dec 29, 2009. I have included the question and answer below. My difference is I am using v9.5 not 10.1. I have searched the preferences but can't find how to do it in v9.5.
Also, do you know when v10.1 will be available for purchase?
Thanks

I am using the latest beta version. When I right click on an application shelf entry in Workshelf, it freezes. I have to force close workshelf and start it again. This does not happen if the shelf entry is a desktop module.
I am using Windows XP Pro SP3.

I would say you have a buggy/corrupted shell extension installed on your system (one that adds an entry to the Explorer context menu of files).
Try the following: open WorkShelf Preferences, go to the Advanced tab, click on the Advanced button and clear the 'Show full right-click context menu options'. Does that solve the problem?

Errr, 10.1 is available for purchase (and trial) right now. All you have to do is download the public beta from the Winstep web site.

The only real reason it's a beta is because we're still transitioning to multi-language.

10.3 is about to be released too, with the ability to show the system tray in docks, menus, and shelves, among many other new features. :D

Download and install the 10.1 beta, see if the problem persists and, if so (it probably will since this would be a problem external to Winstep Xtreme), try the given suggestion to see if that fixes the issue - then let us know, please. :D
