Hello,
Because of an OS problem, I had to clear my HD and reinstall my apps. However, I discovered that although I had my key file and receipt for the purchase of Ultimate, I could not find the file.
After downloading Nexus from the website, I am unable to find how to apply the key file so that I don't have to re-purchase the application.
Help, please...

if it's like the key for winstep xtreme just exit ultimate and leftclick the key, a copy should be put in you license folder automatically.

ok try this close winstep, go to

c\users\public\public documents\winstep or nexus depending on how jorge has it for nexus \license and drop you key into that folder. launch nexus ultimate.

Can you please send me a PM with the email address and/or name used when you first registered Nexus Ultimate? Doesn't seem to be the same you used to register to the forum, so I can't find you in the Registrations database.

Until you respond, here is my invoice, from January 2011: #4690326.
In fact it was under another email, but as mentioned previously, I will only provide that in an email directly.

Also, please note that I have already written to your Support email directly prior to this email (10/27) on this matter, and still have had no response there either.

Hopefully, this will provide better results for me.
