Hey guys, new buddy around.

I cant get last nexus version to show itself as it should. Themes apply with sharp edges and no transparency, my english is rude so I`ve uploaded a screen of the problem.

you can thank microsour for that. they removed several gui features from windows with windows 8.

So there is no fix for that? Ntch, I really wanted to use this dock. Any alternative?

Open Nexus Preferences, go to the Effects tab and disable the 'Enable Vista Glass blur effect for semi-transparent dock backgrounds'. Alternatively, right click the main Nexus dock icon, select 'Effects' from the right-click menu that pops up, then click the 'Disable Background Blur Effect'.

The problem is that Microsoft, in their infinite wisdom (not!), removed the code that blurred semi-transparent backgrounds under Windows 8, making it display a solid white instead.

Disabling the background blur option in Windows 8 will remove the solid white, which will become transparent instead.
