Hi

Yesterday I installed WinStep Nexus Extreme. And now I can't click on the Kaspersky icon in the system part of the taskbar (right bottom). And my Internet stopped working. After restarting Kaspersky it's fine again. I guess it's because of WinStep

Any idea, similar experience?

then it has to be the kaspersky icon that's the problem.

Excuse me but I still haven't understood what's Nexus got to do with the system tray and its icons. Nexus will just create a dock on some side of the desktop. Why would it be not allowing you to click on *any* taskbar icon?

Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 had some bugs at initial release. This might be attributed to those issues. I use it and sell it to client. But I will say to my knowledge, it has never had an issue with WinStep's software.

I use the ultimate version, and I chose to add a custom icon to KIS on the Nexus Dock. Do a Google image search for Kaspersky icon, and you should be able to find something that'll work for you.

This is the icon I chose to use:

same issue here ...

no access to "Kaspersky Internet Security" via the "K-Symbol" in systray. Neither right click nor left mouse-click has any affect. The reaction of the other icons are normal, no probs with them.

Win 7 Ultimate/64bit

Edit: forgot to mention: Kaspersky Internet security version 14.0.0.4651(d)
