cannot register my winstep xtreme

hi, i have just realised (on seeing a popup during startup) that my winstep extreme installation is still share ware 11.2 even though (per your instructions) i used the xtreme.wsxkey that i purchased from you on the 5/4/2011, now when i click the key file it says “sorry invalid corrupt or missing key.please contact winstep support” please can you help me
ps. when i click on register in the winstep program it asks for me to enter my my licensed to details and a serial number but i have no number to enter other than the winstep key i was sent on payment on my harddrive
my membership email details are as follows *@*.com and my key purchase date was 05/04/2011

As I told you by email, the problem turned out to be that the short name you used in the 'Register To' field of your purchase was, by coincidence, the same as a name that had been previously blacklisted, in an incident completely unrelated to you, of course.

I've sent you a new license key, this time using your full name, which should sort the issue out. My apologies for the trouble this put you through.
