 Post subject: On-Screen Keyboard Can't Open

Winstep, won't let me use my On-Screen Keyboard - which is the basic keyboard program that comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

To open the keyboard:
Click -> Start
Select -> All Programs
Select -> Ease of Access
Click -> On-Screen Keyboard

I've been using that On-Screen Keyboard every single day for years, with no problems.

Well, today I just downloaded Winstep Xtreme 11.6. Everything was going fine - I was setting up my dock, shelf, tab's, etc., etc... You get the idea. Just 30 minutes after I installed Winstep and started adjusting my various settings - that's when I tried to open my On-Screen Keyboard, and it wouldn't open, instead I got this error message:
"Could not start On-Screen Keyboard"

Please help me fix this, I absolutely need to have my On-Screen Keyboard functioning.

Weird, I am not getting that issue, running Winstep 11.6 as well both on Windows 7 Professional and on Windows 7 Home Premium, both 64-bits.

For testing purposes:
Please back-up your settings (Preferences - Advanced - Maintenance), uninstall Winstep and see if you can access the OSK then. Just restore the settings once you install Winstep again and everything should be restored ;)

just tested here with xtreme 11.6 on win 7 x64 and osk launches fine.

Just started OSK here via the NextSTART menu on Windows 7 64 bit, no problems.

Well, false alarm fellas. I turned on my computer today and the OSK is working just fine. Weird huh? Cause I never did anything to fix it, so I have no idea how it resolved itself. So, thanks anyways guys.
