Good evening,
I had ordered what I thought was the Winstep Extreme Full Edition but theemail indicates Nexus Ultimate Edition Networking.
When I purchased I thought I was paying extra for the Networking.
I guess I got confused and purchased the Nexus Ultimate Networking edition thinking it was the Xtreme Full Edition.
I would prefer to have the features of the Xtreme and give up the networking because I dont want to pay another $30.
is there anyone that can help with this?

Solved. Your payment company reversed the charge to my CC so my money has been refunded.

You placed your order yesterday and I was about to look into this.

Are you sure about the refund or did you just request a charge back from your Credit Card company? I'm asking because BMT Micro hasn't told me anything about a refund, nor do I see any on the sales maps.

The Nexus Ultimate license key that was sent to you will not work with Winstep Xtreme and I also have a notification here indicating that your copy of Nexus Ultimate has been registered with the license key you purchased.

Sorry but I was very nervous about this whole transaction so I called your billing company after I didnt get a response back.
The webpage that I was presented with when I ordered led me to think I was purchasing Winstep Xtreme because I wanted the Start Menu Manager thing.
Anyway once the original order is refunded I will purchase Winstep Extreme.
No offense but when you go to you website its very confusing Nexus versus Winstep it almost looks like they are 2 separate products yet the product descriptions look very similar.

Well, you did purchase in the middle of a weekend, and I have a life too (although some people here might doubt that, eheh). :P

What is still not clear is if you called BMT Micro or *your* Credit Card company. Issuing charge backs vs. getting an authorized refund can get you blacklisted with payment processors. Just saying... :wink:

They are two separate products, although they are connected.

Also, no offense taken, but in the FAQ section of the Support page and of each product page on the Winstep web site, there is a link to this product comparison page HERE. I guess you missed it? Otherwise I don't know how to explain it better... :(

No I called the payment processing company. I didnt do a chargeback. I did order the product so didnt want to go that route.

Ok, don't worry about it then, I'll take this up with them. :D

Usually if something like this happens they immediately tell me about it, which is why I find the whole thing a bit unusual. :D
