That's another thing that dock control icons are good for. :D

Right click on any dock item, selet 'Insert New Dock Item', then 'Show dock control icon' (or uncheck 'Hide dock control icon' in the Appearance tab of the Dock Properties dialog for that dock).

Now that the Nexus control icon is visible, right click on it, select 'Rename'. This will rename the dock.

Once you're finished, you can hide the dock control icons again.
