Bought your product and shocked at how tiny the fonts are with no easy way of figuring out how to increase them.
Is this even possible?

The fonts where? In Preferences? Or in the Shelf, menus, etc...?

If you mean the latter, font size is set by whomever made that theme: change the theme, the fonts size will likely change as well.

And it can be changed by the user too, by the way.

too difficult to work with come on, most themes i have to adjust the fonts on. it is very easy to browse to the themes tab in both nextart and workshelf preferences and adjust the fonts size and type if you want. you can't blame the winstep apps for how a 3rd party themer created their skin. that's like blaming microsoft word for the bad spelling and grammar in a doc someone wrote and gave you.

Ok, since you never replied to my question, please answer this: you go to a shop, buy a soda, open it, take a sip, and then demand your money back because 'it didn't quite taste like you thought it would'. Not because it was defective, but because it didn't 'meet your expectations' (whatever they were).

Do you think this is reasonable? What do you think the shop owner's answer will be?

What makes this worse is that you are asking for a refund on a try-before-you-buy application - which you could have tried freely for 30 days before committing to a purchase - after having already opened it (i.e.; after having been sent your license key) and based on a frivolous reason.

Heh... Jorge, I'm actually surprised you even bothered answering a second time, mate. This smells of some sort of con from miles away...
Seriously, can you actually believe that this guy is for real? The reason he gave is something like buying a car and going back and demanding your money back, because the radio was playing hick country music and you found it extremely difficult to find how to change the radio station...

Come ooooooon... puh-leeeeeeeease...
:D

dude since you're the one that screwed up you really should watch your tone. you bought winstep without trying before buying, that was a mistake. it is a great suite of apps, but if you get the chance to test something before you buy it you should do so. when you ran into problems with the fonts you should of asked for help, and NOT just go on a tirade. not one, not two, but three of us said basically the same thing about your buying before trying, and you can't be bothered to answer the question asked you. instead you go on another tirade. bud in my book you need to get a reality check.

Sorry do you speak for the developer?
Getting this back via my bank as a chargeback is rather simple and he will incur more costs than just refunding the money.
You should just stay out of it

You had the developer himself offering assistance, mate. What else could you have asked for?
To me -- and by the way, all of us are expressing our personal opinions and do NOT speak for the developer -- it seems like you're just the typical trouble-maker. If you want to know why I think that, look at a brief synopsis of your conversation with the developer:

you: The fonts are tiny and I can't find how to increase the size!
dev: Which font size are you referring to?
you: Nah, too difficult, I want my money back!

Now, is it just me, or did you kill the conversation before it even started? It looks like you were never interested in resolving any problem, never interested in getting help, or being shown how to do what you couldn't do on your own.
To me, you just wanted your money back, for whatever reason. I don't know. Maybe you bought Winstep by mistake. Maybe your kid got your credit card and bought it without your knowledge. Maybe you got cold feet. Who knows.
It would have been much more sincere to either come here or send an e-mail and say "you know, for whatever reason I changed my mind; can I get a refund?" rather than stage this absurd farce of the software being supposedly problematic. Trying to threaten him will, again, not help you either.

Oh, and please, spare us the profanity and locality profiling. We seriously don't need that kind of attitude around here, and it will most certainly not help your case.
