I know the receipt says to allow 48 hours - is this accurate? After seeing other post they did not receive a serial # or download link, I'm now wondering if I too got missed.

Come on, guys, license keys are personalized and issued manually so you might not get them the same exact second you click that 'Buy Now' button, but everyone gets their licenses keys within a handful of hours, sometimes even in minutes. Don't forget the different time zones, etc...

The 48 hours is a worst case scenario just to take into account unforeseen life events.

Of course, if one does not get his license key within those 48 hours, then something has happened and you should indeed write to support or leave a message here. Sometimes emails with license keys are caught by user's spam filters without them being aware of it or - more rarely - an over-sensitive ISP will silently block the message based on the IP it came from. Comcast is (in)famous for the latter.

Either way, everybody gets their license key sent to them.

Actually I posted this message 22-24 hours after purchasing. I did get the information this morning though.
