I am posting again because nothing was originally done and my multiple private messages to jorge have gone unanswered.

To sum up, my original forum account ashtefere has dissappeared. Deleted. No longer in your database.

I can not 'reset password' because it says the account doesnt exist.

The account does exist and was recently accessed. Search for posts made by the account. It was active.

I am a paying customer for nexus dock. Twice. It is attached to the missing account.

Please reset or reactivate my "ashtefere" account.

That's all I am asking. I have been asking for months. Please, please please fix my account.
