Just thought about it. Are you having the problem in all browsers?

Chrome, Firefox, IE and Opera? I guess you could even try Safari even though it's really designed for Mac OS.

BTW, what OS are you using?

A while back a friend of mine who lives thousands of miles away had an issue where sound on YouTube would not play in Chrome. He kept complaining about it and I told him I could probably fix it but I would have to access his computer via TeamViewer to try and figure it out.

He kept procrastinating for months and finally he allowed me to access it. It took me a while, but I finally figured out what the problem was. It was a setting in Chrome affiliated with Flash.

So, my suggestion to you is try it on other browsers to make sure it isn't an issue with Chrome.

If it plays normally in other browsers the first thing to do is go into Chrome's settings and clear your cache, close Chrome and reopen it.

If it works properly in other browsers and you clear the Chrome cache and the problem still persists, let me know and I can tell you the next step to try.

I haven't a clue. When I don't see him on for a while I start to worry.
