Ok, so I AM aware that every new window or file that I open automatically pops up on the dock. But I wanted to know if there is a way to get the same "minimize to dock" effect that is available on OSX. Currently everything minimizes to the task bar so it keeps the same zoom in and out effect and it looks kind award. I know Rocketdock has a similar feature but I just wanted to know if this was possible here on Nexus? Than would make this dock perfect! Any suggestions, thanks in advanced.

Sorry, I don't think this will ever be added.

There are too many performance and compatibility issues to make adding this option worthwhile. Furthermore, if you are running Nexus Ultimate or Winstep Xtreme, there would be too many potential simultaneous places the window could minimize to, e.g.; more than one dock can be displaying the list of running applications, the Shelf could have an active Tasks tab, the NextSTART taskbar in Xtreme would also be displaying a list of running tasks, etc...
