i just found winstep and nexus. love the programs.
i've been trying them out, and want to know if there is a way to change the appearance of the docks and modules.

i've found how to add a dock and add modules, and how to add free standing modules. but what i want is to be able to change how they look.

been to the winstep site and went to all the other sites. cant find any docks i like, or any info how to design one. really not wanting to do a real complex dock or do i want to make a theme right now, maybe later. but just the plain mod or the docks that are in the themes are not what i want to use.

any help would be appreciated.

If you're using Winstep Xtreme you can mix themes. For example, if you DL a theme and it has a certain background, you can change the background and keep the theme for the dock but not the Context Menu or the Modules.

There are ways to make themes and such but those are for users that have that sort of knowledge which I don't.

thanks for the video, i've already been doing that,editing things in certain backgrounds, and then anchoring docks or modules , i was just hoping to be able to make a console look the way i wanted before i anchored it. instead of anchoring mods one at a time.

these are the kind of skins i want to use for modules witout icons on them, i've looked every where, and can't find them. and i can't seem to find them any where in the theme files in winstep or nexus.

Those are *desktop* modules for Winstep Xtreme using the KTEK-4D theme. Desktop modules are only available if you are running Winstep Xtreme, not Nexus.
