Yesterday, I purchased Nexus Ultimate, and the order was processed. I did not receive a key or a download link after 5 hours. Per the post billing page it says " If you have not received an email with your license information within 5 hours, please contact us at orders@bmtmicro.com. For quicker reference, please include this Order Number ( 2013-0207-1849-58-476 (5672238) )." which I have done. I received a response from BMT Micro this morning that they contacted the developer. I still had not received either a key or a link to download, so I had replied back to BMT Micro and was told to send a message through the forums. It's now over 24 hours that I placed the order and my credit card billed. Is there someone here that can provide assistance and issue me a key and download link?
Also, is this a "normal" turn around time to receive the key and download?

no typically it can take up to 48 hours to get your key. send jorge aka winstep a pm with you purchase number and email address.
