I purchased Winstep Extreme on 8-25-2012 and a little over a month ago my computer crashed. The system crash wiped out all of my stored email receipts for all online purchases and I had to re-install all programs. I have emailed the only proof of purchase that i have which is the information from my Chase Bank account twice to receive a copy of my old registration key and I have received no reply from Winstep.I like your program but I refuse to pay for it twice.

As others ahve said, this is the longest that something like this has happened. If anyone here is also from Portugal andf has the resources to track him down then by all means start tracking to see what has happened.

Just a thought - have you tried getting in touch with BMT Micro?

all bmt can do is verify the purchase, they are not capable of distributing keys.
