Thanks again,

the only weird thing appears to be the fact that all my attempts to get assistance are ignored. (having tried 3 different methods several times over the last 5 months)

I have emailed again today so hope he deal with it this time

Well I never did get a reply.

Support round here is f****** atrocious.

I got my money back from BMT and have moved over to Stardock and an outfit who actually care about their product and customers.

Since I've been using Stardock I've had updates to several of the components, that's several updates to software in two months as opposed to absolutely NO updates to WinStep in one year.

I've also had a reply from Stardock Support the same day as opposed to NO replies from WinStep in SIX F****** MONTHS.
