 Post subject: Not sure about ordering

I downloaded the free version of Nexus and was going to pay to upgrade to Ultimate or Winstep, however, I started reading the forums and it appears customer service/technical support is not available, the software is no longer being updated, and these forums are a ghost town.

Is there any customer assistance, or is the software no longer being supported and it's being sold "as is"?
