Given that Jorge took care of another lost licence request only yesterday, I think you should check your "spam" folder of your e-mail system.
You should have had it within a few hours, so I'd check around those dates.

Nope, I've been watching out for that already & I just rechecked it again to make sure. No sign of an email. If the SPAM folder caught it, it destroyed all evidence...

License key was sent on the 28th. I re-sent it again and asked BMT Micro to do the same. Please let me know if you got it.

Same here. Ordered Winstep Extreme yesterday and haven't received my activation code either. I know it's not in my SPAM and my email's good cause I got the emails for Nexus Ultimate before in it. Order ID: 5965283

Hello, Have not received my activation code either. Payment was sent 10/28 and BMT has verified the payment was delivered. BMT has also sent an email concerning this matter. Nothing in the spam or junk folders. Order ID: 5939922. Please help!

I have not received the licence key as of this morning. I have rechecked my blocked list for the email address used to send last years license and is not in the list. My email address has not changed since last year either. Do you still have my correct email address? Thanks!

I have alerted Jorge about both of you guys, so you should have your licences re-sent to you very soon.

Having said that, Jorge pointed out that there are some customers who choose to use e-mail addresses that require sender verification, in order to receive any mails. You do realise that licences are sent using an automated system, so there can be no "verification" of any sort, so the e-mail containing the licence key is being rejected.

Obviously, in order to receive any e-mails from systems that have no return address (or their return address is not being monitored), like Winstep's licence system, but also newsletters or alerts, you have to use a "less secure" (or should I say, less paranoid) e-mail address.

Shadow, your licence key should have been sent weeks ago.
Given that the e-mail is sent to your purchase address, I don't know if changing it anywhere else will make a difference.
Quite frankly, at this time, I don't know if anything will. Jorge has gone AWOL again...
I'm not going to be making any promises or statements of any kind from now on; if anything, it makes me look stupid...
