I paid the 40 bucks last week for Winstep and have not gotten anything back. BMTMicro followed up with a email to your company but so far I have not gotten nothing. My spam filter is not an issue since I save all mail for at least 30 days.

I am about to goto another product since it appears I spent money for nothing. This is very disappointing since any time in the past I register a program the author of the product has the information to me within an hour max.

For as much as I love this Launcher/Dock the turn around time for anything is pretty bad.

I can't say anything about your particular case, however just a couple of days ago, Jorge assured me that he's taken care of all licences that hadn't been received. I would hazard a guess that your licence should be included in those.
I have messaged Jorge again, just in case something happened in your particular case.
Obviously, unless the details of your purchase are the same as the ones you used to register in this forum, you'll have to provide an order number, so that Jorge can identify your order.

I just wanted to post that I just got the key for Winstep Extreme. I thank you for the prompt sending of the key for the program since my posting of the issue. While i do say this application is the best out there, what is hurting it is the time involved is getting the return when registering.

I sincerely hope a better system can be done. I would hate to see author of this application stop working on it because no one wants to put up with the delay. I base this on what I see in your forums. If this part can be improved, then this product would clean house!
