After waiting 48h I wrote you to have my key and still didn't get answer or the download links. This is the last call. Send me the key and the download links or the refund for my purchase. Last question, are you trying to steal me? I ordered the Winstep Xtreme full pack !

If you care to read the many previous posts, about missing or not sent 'keys' you will notice that Winstep is run by just one person,and as such, quite often, as Jorge has a life outside Winstep, keys are delayed. BUT never has anyone not received a reply ASAP. Do check that the key has not gone to your 'spam' folder. If you still ask for your money to be returned, you will have lost the chance to use some first class software, sold at a very reasonable price.

Finally I have no link to Winstep, accept as a very happy customer.


PS Politeness cost nothing, and normally get you further than being rude!

Hi Jorge,
Thank you for taking the time to answer me on the forum since I first send you a polite e-mail and didn’t get any answer. You have a life outside Winstep and I understand but me too I have a life outside of your program and I cannot stay all day checking my e-mail to see if you sent me the key or not. I have bought a lot of programs and they all use an automatic system after someone’s purchase, by curiosity, why don’t you use it to help you out? You say that being polite brings you far but the respect of your commitment too. As the proof, you answer me in the forum but don’t send me the key (and no, the key is not in my spam folder). You say that you have no link for the program but I bought the pack with 1 000 bitmaps....how will I have it if there is not link to that? And by the way, I bought you’re ‘’first class software’’ the 4th of October and we are today the 12 of October and.....still nothing.
If you had taken the time to see the order, you’d see that Loredana bought the software for George so now, to let you know, you talk from Jorge to George.... I still wait for my key and my 1000 bitmaps.

P.S: I have a saying for the fish Wanda: GIVE, GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE BUT RECEIVING, OBLIGATES YOU TO GIVE.

Stegeo: the user "divingbrit" is NOT Jorge, and neither am I. "Divingbrit" said he has no link to Winstep, meaning that he has no RELATIONSHIP with Winstep, not ... a URL link!
Now, being polite always works better. Jorge is one man and if he answers to you, the forum nickname will be "Winstep" in red.
Finally, yes, it only takes a minute to send a licence blah blah blah... and all that's good and fine, but I think most of us can think of circumstances where *a* man just doesn't give a crap about obligations or e-mails (like, say, spending a week at your new girlfriend's house, doing what the proverbial rabbits do).
Anyway, I'll contact him and get your licence sent.

Thank you SKAGON for the explications... I speak French and less English. Thank you for taking the time to speak to Jorge to send me the key so thank mostly to you. I finally received my key.
