NextStart crashes on startup every time

During bootup, The NextStart start menu shows itself, then after a while the Windows start menu shows itself next to it, then NextStart disappears leaving a big white box. Eventually I get the Windows "This program has stopped responding" box. After Windows unloads NextStart, I have to use a quick start item in Workshelf to restart it. This happens every time I boot.

Before NextStart crashes, it shows activity by highlighting a number of programs that seem to need attention when starting.

Backup NextSTART settings (NextSTART Preferences -> Advanced tab -> Backup) then reset NextSTART to factory default (Preferences -> Advanced -> Troubleshooting -> Reset Everything).

See if it still happens. If it doesn't anymore, please send the backup file to the Winstep support address so I can have a look at it.

Either way, please let me know.

The basic vanilla reset back-to-square-one NextStart started up just fine. And since this board refuses to accept the backup file as an attachment regardless of what I name it, here it is:

Anyway, I think I got it, even though it seems to be cropped at the bottom.
