No, it wasn't.

This topic is from 2012, just after the v12.2 release. In the next two years there were no updates and I ended up forgetting all about this thread.

That's the bad news. The good news is that I just added that setting for the next release.

It will be in the Activation Settings dialog of the Behavior tab as 'Activate if hidden when an application in the dock requests attention' and the setting will be enabled by default.

No.

Dock Properties (or Preferences if you are running the free version of Nexus) -> Behavior tab -> Activation Settings button -> 'Activate if hidden when an application in the dock requests attention' setting on the middle-right side of the panel.

Make sure you are running v19.2 or later.
