NEW DOWNLOAD

I received approval from the awesome Steampunk Widget designer Deen Beedell to use his icons and widgets for a Winstep design, so I will be uploading this one once i clean up and tidy up some things that are annoying me.
A lot of effort went into this one - The wallpaper I designed the layout and the combinations - you can work it out... docklets etc but Dean gets all the credit for the amazing widgets, and graphics. I will post a link on Wincustomize to his site so you can add your own custom Nexus icons if desired..
Cheers

I FINALLY worked out how to use the menus. I still do not know how the keep blank separators in a single theme without globally affecting every menu, but I figure like everything else, it will come eventually :)

ANYWAY - I decided to upload Miles Davis tomorrow after getting the menu doing 90% of what I want it to instead of having a mind of its own on right clicks :)
I did however manage to get Wanda to join the theme and be cooperative..
One day i will find where the 3rd pop-up version of the menu is on the nexus topbar
Cheers

This might be one of the coolest Winstep themes I have seen. The wheels spin and it is not huge, it is clean and fast [something I need to work on more]... Xiandi is very good.
Inspiring. I am going to have a closer look. if you can do that then it's very promising. watch this space...

thanks Jorge for not making me look silly and telling me animations in docks already exist.

Now I have finally got my head around the separate Workshelf & Nexus builders I decided to gte my pet peeve of not aligning on older ones done because it is wayyyyyyy faster . I will probably upload this - or try to [hehe] I even have got the scrolling thing happening and worked out most of what can be done with limitations with animations.... vertical down when using graphics in histogram I cannot seem to get working... I'll get it eventually...
:)

Unfortunately Wincustomize has rejected two more - I have no idea how to get permission from Monty Python, UBISOFT or BLIZZARD so the one below which I also cleaned up I may as well not bother. If you have any ideas how to get them approved I am all ears?
I don't want to sell any just make them available. :(
Sadly, I might have to do my own limnks for eople here that want them. :(

I altered the dragon - I simply like it more with diffrent imagery...

P.S - I have joined the BETA group, just put me on the list with the other newbies :)

There is one thing called 'fan art', and it's generally pretty much well accepted as a fact of life (provided you don't try to profit from it).

Now, if you go babbling about this on the theme description, you are going to scare the moderators into action, and they will pro-actively refuse your submission. So just don't say anything regarding copyrights.

If UBISOFT, Monthy Python or whatever take an issue with your fan art (why would they? There's thousands of derivative fan-works out there), they can always send a DMCA Takedown notice to Wincustomize. Wincustomize then removes the theme and that's that, no harm done.

A NEW ONE
This one I am pretty chuffed about... The menu has some pretty detailed and complex graphics I painstakingly did in layers....
The gel was fun trying to get it workable.... computer screen needs a wipe now :)

UPLOADED - It should be available for download on wincustomize. I cannot see why not. I did everything from scratch including the wallpapers :)

Paul [Vectornut] gave me the idea for modular with his great Sputnik theme.
I will probably do a GEL Xtreme later with inter-connecting slots instead of the simple gel corner slide-over connectors.

As long as inter-connection is not a requirement for the modules/theme to look good, that's fine. Always keep in mind that each user has different screen resolutions, uses different combinations of desktop modules, etc...

I am making at 1900x1080 so I suppose it probably serves well to put a text file in that says that in every one.
I did earlier but I neglected to lately

Thank you for the compliment, but I do need to clarify. Like most of my best themes, I took the work of another themer (usually Treetog, including Sputnik), and expanded on it. The true genius behind Sputnik was Treetog, and without his work and his permission, my updated, expanded Sputnik theme wouldn't exist.

That said, I did a lot of hard work to get it to its final form. ;-)

Mine: http://wincustomize.com/explore/winstep/417/

Treetog's original: http://wincustomize.com/explore/winstep/31/

If you look at some of the other elements of Treetog's Sputnik suite of themes, you will see where I got my inspiration.
