 Post subject: Problems with the purchase

Hello everyone! I get straight to the point, a week ago I bought a copy of nexus ultimate, but the problem arises from the fact that after the purchase I received no email with the order confirmation or with the key and the product, until here is fine.
But the serious fact is that I have been sending emails to support for a week, from two different emails, and messages to the forum admin, but all without an answer ...
At this point what can I do, given that the money has been accounted for?
I state that I did not come here to make war, but I would just like to be supported for this problem, thanks! :)

Very sorry to hear of your problems.

When purchasing a license through BMT Micro, an order confirmation email is sent out automatically immediately, as is another email with the license key. This is a completely automated process with no human intervention.

The most common problem is that the email has been marked as 'spam' by either the email service provider or the recipient's email client and put into the Spam Folder. Other less common problems occur when the buyer has accidentally specified an invalid email address, or has specified an older or other less frequently used address from his usual or main email address and so looks for it there in vain, of course.

Failing all that, the developer - Jorge - usually promptly sends out another email with the license key as a courtesy. It would appear that this problem is shared by several other users at the moment. Unfortunately, however, the developer is currently temporarily absent, or to be more exact, AWOL - nobody knows how long he'll be away from here or anything else, alas. Nonetheless, I'm sure he'll be back in due course and catch up on all support issues in no time. Until then, sadly all I or anyone else can do is ask you to be patient until Jorge returns, or try to take it up with BMT.

Hi guys, I saw that yesterday there was the big return of Jorge, and I'm really happy !! :D :D
Regarding my problem, is there any news about it?

I'm sure Jorge will be on the case ASAP - he must have an awful mountain of emails to get through. But I'm sure it won't be too much longer now. :)

I've forwarded the email with your license key to your Gmail address. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.

Also for the benefit of others: questions related to orders, purchases or emails with license keys gone missing can ALSO be resolved by emailing BMT Micro Customer Service at cservice@bmtmicro.com, Winstep's online payment processor for the last 20 years.

Obviously this does not extend to **technical** enquiries.

The emails with license keys (as well as a BMT Micro receipt) are sent **automatically** upon purchase.

I have the same problem: since my update a few days ago, I do not receive any license information from Winstep. My request to the support is also not answered. There are no emails In the spam folder of my mailbox. What can I do?
