 Post subject: Themes without Transparent Menus

I need a theme where the menus are not transparent and where the theme does not have any fancy visual play accessories like dragons or cats or any other not-functional attachments.

First, you should never post to a thread that's six months old or more but start a new one instead.

As for your query, simple solution - check out the links to theme sites on the 'Themes' page of the website and see if you find something to your liking. :)
