I've noticed that the Recycler does not seem to be refreshing after emptying.

I've been discussing this with Mark - he saw it happen once, and only once, after that the Recycler always behaved as it should.

Are you able to reproduce this problem every time? If so, how are you emptying the recycle bin?

I had the same experience. It seems to have cleared itself. I will be watching out for it.
