About 2 weeks ago at most, I bought Winstep Extreme Home Edition. =] It was worth the buy after trying out the trail period of it. But woke up today and turned on my computer to see,

What I don't understand is why is their a trail period when I bought the Edition and it says comes with, "Includes NextSTART, WorkShelf, NeXuS and Font Browser." I would've bought the regular Windows Xtremem but since my house has multiple computers, I figured Id take the whole package. hmm Can anyone explain this to me?

My guess is that you didn't register it properly.

In the About screens of NextSTART and WorkShelf, does it say 'This Program is Registered to...' followed by your name or does it say 'This Program is shareware'? It will probably say the later, which indicates a problem - if so, check out the c:\program files\winstep\licenses\ folder... which files do you see there, if any?

Anyway, it would probably be better to handle this by email via support@winstep.net .

Ah it probably didn't register properly then because both Workshelf and Nextstart says Its shareware and there are no files in the Licenses folder. I'll contact the Support Team.^^ Thank you very much.

I've re-sent your Winstep Xtreme key via the support account, but I haven't heard back from you yet... Did you get it?
