On a theme note...
In between what I am doing at the moment, appropriately, I decided to do one called 'Recording Studio'. I have a base design and base layout. This one is actually more difficult than most. More when closer to done with an image.

@Jorge, when I have a little more time, I'd like to pick your brain about your media player. This is one theme where the VU Meters would be appropriate. I have never done the skinning for the media player you created so I know nothing.

The built-in Media Player is not a module, it is actually an Internal Command. It cannot be skinned.

Thanks Jorge.

STUDIO STUFF METER DIFFERENCES TRIVIA for those interested:
The mathematics behind VU meters involves several key concepts:

- Voltage Reference: 0 VU corresponds to +4 dBu, which equals 1.228 volts RMS across a 600-ohm load. This reference level is crucial for calibrating the meter.
- Signal Averaging: VU meters do not measure instantaneous peaks. Instead, they average the signal over time. The rise time of a VU meter is approximately 300 milliseconds, meaning it takes this time to reach 99% of the 0 VU level when a steady signal is applied.
- Ballistics: The meter's response is defined by its ballistic characteristics, which determine how quickly it reacts to changes in signal levels. This response is slower than that of peak meters, which can capture instantaneous peaks.

You cannot do this exactly but I worked out how to approximate it. Basically, I attempted to average the meter instead of an instantaneous peak. It is not perfect but it is almost natural with a few hiccups if a mass of packets hit where it does peak.

RECORDING STUDIO THEME DELAY TRIVIA

I do not mind sharing my processes. Hopefully, something I do in the course of my life, someone will like the idea(s), run with it and make it 100 times better. If humans never shared, we'd still be in caves and wouldn't have fire or the wheel.

So I am redoing it until I can at the minimum, live with it - Which presently, I cannot.

ANYWAY
I have worked in recording studios since I was 16... no shit.
That was a little more than 50 years ago...
I know what every decent analog and digital studio should look like, so this theme is quite important to me to at the least, get the FEELING right - More like:
"What you might find in a recording studio"

Before anyone decides they may wish to inform me of what is wrong in the coming theme, they do not have to :)

Regards and thanks to anyone reading this for your time.

OK I am finished where I can live with it, mostly.
I settled on the engineers plate glass screen idea.. it's more realistic even though it is impossible to get the modules behind it because the screen is part of the wallpaper I designed. I tried overlays, it doesn't work well enough because the semi-realistic studio has varied colours to achieve an approximate feeling.. If Jorge ever decides to do a wallpaper overlay that is global for all modules, and it covers the entire screen, I will revisit it.
Will upload later.

Another piece of trivia

There are a few Studios that have the vocal booth behind the engineer in a soundproofed isolated vocal room/chamber. The view on the main menu is from inside the chamber looking at the desk if it is not obvious.

Happy theme. I did a diskdrive graphic as well. No point including as it is still unknown whether the final new version will have a desktop module. I will make them for all other themes and re-upload if there is. No point in doing the drives for all the themes either as yet. Minor alignment and a couple text color changes to the below theme to do yet, otherwise it is done.
Cheers

Very nice! You have a great imagination.

And yes, anything regarding the new disk meter desktop module is not worth thinking about as of yet, as things are still "up in the air"...

It will be different from all the other modules, though, that is for sure, as it must have a "container" bitmap that must stretch dynamically to hold as many drives as the user selects. It must also support two different orientations, horizontal and vertical.

Thanks Jorge.
I felt as much. with doing more than the initial one below I did the emojis for your kids when you do the "This is what Daddy does" thing.

As for the disks, I think techlobo and others might say much the same thing. If they are done in Vectors or PNG32, stretching shouldn't be an ugly problem. You could always consider this...
You know how you have a Grid stack ... make a subroutine/subcontainer that can also be skinned for consistency? Like how the menu is. I hope I am making sense. This means, whatever skin they use for the Disk module, with a sub-gridstack it transfers there or they can create a different one? This is hard to explain so I hope I made sense? So it pops out like a menu skinned or not on click or whatever is most efficient.

This gives a rough draft idea using the same emoji theme... The usual popups and what you already have would remain this would be a clicking option that could also be skinned to match the theme.

I think a fifth is necessary e.g. C:, D:, E: etcetera - So the user knows exactly which drive they are looking at. They would hopefully know what each of their drives are.

You can also add "LIFE" as sixth which I originally suggested (6) and get around the issue of SATA by adding the Prefix "nVme LIFE = " - If the drive they selected to display was SATA, it would say as expected = N/A.

Thank you very kindly . Jorge tells me you are a bit of a Wiz. I gather you go under a different name for your themes? I'd enjoy seeing yours too.
