sorry if i am repeating a question.

recently bought a xtream version and did a complete refresh install.
bought a license from bmtmicro, but when it came in the mail it showed the contents of the wsxkey, so now it will not register.........

re-installed and downloaded the wsxkey from another computer, no problems but still will not register.

winstop support no reply and bmtmicro no reply

What do you mean no reply from support?

You sent your first message at 11 AM GMT and I replied 8 minutes later, and again a few minutes ago. I know you got my first reply because you replied to it a few minutes later, so, again, what do you mean by "no reply from support" lol ?

In my latest reply by email I asked for a screenshot of the About tab of Preferences and another of the Licenses folder. I also asked if you had already read and followed the troubleshooting instructions in the email with your license key.

Normally registering the application is as simple as double clicking the license key AFTER installing the application, of course.

Sent you another email.

Also, the notification automatically sent by the forum bounced because "the destination email system rejected your message for security or policy reasons. For example, the email address might only accept messages from certain senders, or it might not accept certain types of messages, like those larger than a specific size."
