A better solution would perhaps be to make the dialog appear 'always on top' too.

Ok, but where is this setting? :)
For the screenshot to other problem it's impossible because the opened list menu on the dock, disappear suddenly
Another problem; how I have to set email monitor module for Outlook 2007, I set all parameters in the form of the dock, but it doesnt work

I said *would be*. Future tense. There is no setting now (and, in fact, even if/when this is implemented, no setting will be needed).

Press the PRTSCN key, open MS Paint, paste, save as JPG, post screenshot. :D

This tells me nothing, I have no idea how your email accounts are configured in Outlook 2007. If you are trying to get the Email module to check on a Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo account, you can't because those POP3 connections require SSL v3 and the Winstep Email Checker does not currently support that.

If I click on the window in the center for move or copy file/folder, all opened menu/windows are closed

Ah, gotcha now, thanks for the screenshot.

That group of options in the file's right click menu are provided by Windows Explorer and any right-click shell extensions you have installed on your system. The copy option you are trying to use will copy the file to the Windows *clipboard*, not to the dock.

What you should do instead is *drag and drop* the file *from the menu that displays it* into the dock.

Just for your information, I'm currently looking into a 3rd party tool that might bring SSL/Gmail support back into the Email Checker (the Winstep Email Checker was one of the very few Email Checkers that *did* support SSL v2 and Gmail accounts, but then a security flaw was discovered with the SSL v2 protocol and Google and the others switched to TLS/SSL v3, which is really difficult to implement).

Hard to understand what was happening just by looking at that screenshot. The dock was leaving 'leftovers' as you moused over it, is that it? Could be a graphic's glitch caused by having just returned from hibernation.

Please let me know if it happens again - also, if it does, instead of restarting Nexus try opening Nexus Preferences and clicking OK.

Ok, however after that restart the Dock, no longer does that.
Rather than a question; in original Mac dock the trash bin stay on the right of the separator, but why did you put it together with other left-side links ?

Ok, so a distinctive sign ; )
Rather that problem happens again this morning, but this time there was only one small corner of the dock without items. First I tried the dock settings, but it did the same problem. Instead if I close and restart the dock is no longer the problem for some time. But even in this way, isnt conclusive solution.

Did you try already opening Nexus Preferences and clicking OK instead of restarting Nexus?

the problem has come back then I did as you said but nothing has changed. I noticed that the problem occur, only over a long period of hibernation, if I leave pc hibernate a few minutes and wake up the computer, it does not happen
