I bought Nexus Ultimate a few month ago I uninstalled it from the old computer and try now to reinstall it but no way to register it.

I have a Nexus.wsxkey but not associated with a program and when i try to reset this association nothing is working...

Any idea?

Winstep support seems to be having some problems with emails lately, sorry... I'll see if I can find your message and let you know ASAP.

In the mean time, can you please post a screenshot of your Desktop showing Nexus Ultimate open in the About tab *and* also the contents of the Winstep Licenses folder (open Nexus Preferences, go to the Registrations tab, click the Open Folder button).

osauneir, you're right there is no registration tab. i got curious after rechecking my preferences, so i found the image below for nexus preferences. you can navagate to c:\users\public\public documents\winstep\license and take and post a screenshot of the contents of that folder.

It's possible because you are using the *free* version of Nexus. Nexus Ultimate shows the Nexus Ultimate logo in the About tab.

You need to download and install Nexus Ultimate. Do you still have access to the email message with your license key? The link to download Nexus Ultimate is in that message.
